The sharing of the original file is not permitted to another individual like a friend or family member or third party like printers or designers.
- i.e: You can send a file such as an invitation with illustration already embedded in a design you created to a printer. You cannot send the original venue illustration file that was sent to you to any person or company to create a new design with it, this would need a commercial license instead. However:
- I will grant special approval for the designer/printer you chose, but I will provide you with a form that explicitly states the Use Agreement they agree to when working with the digital file that you must provide them when you send over the digital file.
- Any breach can result in a termination fee for the client for unauthorized use of illustration.
Why the strict stipulations?
Unfortunately many artists' work ends up stolen, both intentionally and unintentionally due to clients sharing original files with people or companies that end up using for their personal gain. This practice is becoming more prevalent lately and it undermines the integrity of the artist's work and the trust of paying clients like yourselves when individuals or companies use it for personal gain without authorization. To avoid such situations, the agreement below sets clear the protocol for what a personal use license entails for all clients.

Collectively, all of the people or businesses entering this Agreement will be referred to as the "Parties."
Purpose of the Agreement
This Personal Use License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the purchase date by and between the purchaser ("Licensee") and Jobana Impressions, LLC ("Licensor"). This Agreement governs the usage rights for the purchased venue illustration ("Artwork").

1. Scope of License
1.1 The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Artwork solely for one project related to Client's wedding invitations and stationery.
1.2 The Artwork may not be used for any additional projects, commercial purposes, or by any third parties without obtaining a separate commercial license from the Licensor or without prior approval from Licensor.2. Restrictions on Use
2.1 The Licensee may not distribute, share, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make the Artwork available to others in any form.
2.2 The Licensee agrees that the Artwork file may not be altered, modified, or reproduced beyond the intended purpose of the licensed project.3. License Expiration
3.1 This license is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After this period, any usage of the Artwork without a renewed agreement is considered unauthorized. If you need additional time, reach out to Licensor for an extension.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
4.1 The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Artwork, including copyright and intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer ownership to the Licensee.
5. No Transfer to Third Parties
5.1 The Artwork cannot be provided to a third party, including printers or designers, for use in additional projects. If such use is required, a commercial license must be obtained directly from the Licensor.
6. Termination
6.1 Any breach of this Agreement by the Licensee will result in immediate termination of the license and may result in legal action.
6.2 In the event of termination due to breach, the Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a termination fee of $1,000 as compensation for unauthorized use of the Artwork.
7. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing the Artwork, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
General Provisions
Governing Law. The laws of North Carolina govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including torts.
Severability. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.Notice. Parties shall provide effective notice (“Notice”) to each other via either of the following methods of delivery at the date and time which the Notice is sent: Email.
Merger. This Agreement constitutes the final, exclusive agreement between the parties relating to the Venue Artwork and Services contained in this Agreement. All earlier and contemporaneous negotiations and agreements between the parties on the matters contained in this Agreement are expressly merged into and superseded by this Agreement.
Amendment. The parties may amend this Agreement only by the parties’ written consent via proper Notice.

Designers, printers, or businesses are strictly prohibited from using these illustrations for resale, reproduction, or any commercial purposes. Any purchase made with the intent to use these illustrations for profit , including but not limited to printed goods, marketing materials, or resale in any form, is a violation of the terms of use.
Unauthorized commercial use will result in a minimum fine of $1,000 per incident and may be subject to further legal action.
